1. General Return Policy

Each painting at artyshop.me is carefully handcrafted, making it a one-of-a-kind piece of art. As such, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective or damaged upon arrival.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your painting arrives damaged or defective, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Notify us within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing arty80shop@gmail.com or through our Contact Page.
  2. Provide Proof: Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged or defective areas of the painting and any damage to the packaging.
  3. Return Instructions: Once we have reviewed your case, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned painting, we will offer you one of the following options:

  • A replacement of the a similar painting.
  • A full refund, including any original shipping costs.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Given the personalized and unique nature of our handmade oil paintings, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Tablouri care diferă ușor în culoare, textură sau aspect de imaginile de pe site-ul nostru. Vă rugăm să rețineți că sunt de așteptat mici variații față de imaginile de pe site în comparație cu picturile din viața reală.
  • Custom orders or commissioned works created specifically at your request.
  • Paintings that have been altered, damaged, or used by the customer after delivery.

4. Refund Process

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment once the returned item has been received and inspected by our team. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7-14 business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the item was received damaged or defective.

5. Order Cancellations

  • Eligibility for Cancellation: Orders may be canceled if they have not yet been shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately after placing your order.
  • Post-Shipment Cancellations: If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may need to refer to our returns policy for any concerns.

6. Shipping Returns

When returning an item, please ensure that it is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

7. International Returns

We ship internationally and handle returns uniformly regardless of location. However, customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or additional charges that may apply to international returns. Please ensure that all customs and duties are pre-paid, and the correct customs declarations are made when returning an item.
